In particular, the package\nincludes functions to compute the mean log deviation, which is\nmore sensitive to the bottom part of the distribution; the\nTheil’s entropy measure, equally sensitive to all parts of the\ndistribution; and finally, the GE measure when the sensitivity\nparameter is set equal to 2, which gives more weight to\ndifferences in higher education. The decomposition of these\nmeasures in the components between-country and within-country\ninequality is also provided.
